CONVIVE Fundación Cepaim, established in 1994, is an independent, cohesive, and sustainable organization that addresses social dynamics related to migration and processes of social exclusion from a community-based perspective. Its mission is to promote an inclusive, cohesive, equal, and intercultural society that ensures full access to citizenship rights for the most vulnerable populations, particularly migrants. The foundation is guided by a strong ethical framework rooted in core values and convictions, including interculturality, social justice, commitment, solidarity, equal treatment and non-discrimination, gender equality, and diversity management.
Fundación Cepaim has a track record of more than 25 years in the implementation of programmes in rural areas, highlighting the implementation of integrated itineraries for socio-labour insertion, the empowerment of rural women and the promotion of more inclusive and intercultural rural areas.
