Municipality of Oberhausen

The Office for Intercultural Affairs of the City of Oberhausen is a staff unit of the Cultural Department and supports the intercultural opening and internationalization of the City of Oberhausen in a variety of ways. This is mainly done within the following areas:

• International Relations
• Intercultural work
• European projects
• International youth meetings 
• Youth Art School 

The Office for Intercultural Affairs advises and supports actors in cross-cultural work and thus contributes to a lively and diverse cultural landscape in Oberhausen.In this sense, the Office for Intercultural Affairs is the connector for urban cultural institutions, associations and independent organizations as well as artists and migrant organizations.
